Boom is a multidisciplinary design studio founded by Benjamin Richardson, an accomplished designer experienced in developing successful solutions for industry leading companies. His experience in a variety of design consultancies and his experience designing for his own companies has contributed to his valuable insight into the needs of early stage companies.

Being a serial investor, inventor, and designer keeps Benjamin Richardson at the forefront of what is happening in his field and always alert to what is next.

Even before Richardson earned his BFA in Industrial Design in 2001, the consistent theme of Richardson's work has been clarity of concept — the most important element to any design or project. This theme continues today as he helps young companies focus and express the essence of their brand and communications strategy.

In 2008 Benjamin founded Boom, a new hybrid design studio that balances his passion for design and as well as his interest in investing in the very best early stage resource companies.
